Mekong Delta Photos

All these shots were taken at a brick factory on the Mekong Delta. It was sort of like bamboo hut-like and they had kilns that they made out of bricks that they obviously fired someplace else.

"Not Quite Cemented"

"Fresh Nature Bricks"

"Fire Fan"

This last one is a picture of the fire inside one of the kilns. I took a picture of it because it was the only light in the hut and the hut was dark.

Hi Trev,

Good job with the photos at the brick factory. You and I have a similar "eye," meaning that we're drawn to similar things visually. What folks don't know is that you had to fight to get the camera from your mom so there was a lot that you didn't have a chance to shoot.

Now Dad and Mom have their own camera and you'll be able to take more photos. I'm looking forward to seeing them here on your blog. Not many people get a chance to see Angkor Wat and it's an amazing place so take some photos!

Love you, Popo
